Peruvian cooking workshop

What are we going to do?

In this workshop we will meet our Peruvian chef, Paola Cruz, and learn how to cook some typical Peruvian dishes while we practice Spanish and learn more about Peru and its cooking traditions. We will make teams, we will start with some games in Spanish to learn vocabulary and facts about Peru and its rich gastronomy. Afterwards we will cook the 3 dishes following the instructions given by the chef in Spanish. Finally we will taste everything while we chat around the table with a delicious Pisco Sour cocktail...
